I bought this gift for a friend who had looked after a disabled dog who, despite his disability had the best life. She gave up her life to make sure this fur baby had his best later years. The merchandise was excellent, the service great.

Nice looking clock and well made, however the packing wasn’t sufficient for the clock and the box had been pushed in making the hands of the clock bent . I straightened them out but it could have definitely been packaged better to avoid this

This was so good that when another friend lost her Great Dane a week later I purchased one for her too. She has not received this yet but I am sure she will love it as much as my friend Lynn.

Bought for my son and daughter in law after the loss of their beautiful Tilly. They absolutely love it although it did make them cry again, I haven’t seen it yet because I had to sent straight to them. I did contact customer services and received a very quick reply. I also paid extra for a quicker delivery. I would definitely recommend and will use again should the need arise.
