I bought this cushion for my friends daughters birthday as they recently had to have their dog put to sleep and she absolutely loves it

My order was mixed up with someone else , I did receive the correct key ring . After I received another person's. Also I did not receive the gift bag I purchased. Even after complaining. I know it's just a gift bag. Still extra money

I ordered an anniversary gift from Write From The Heart , and I was very happy with the quality and print. The only thing I would like them to improve is their communication.

I was really fortunate to have made contact with Laura who guided me through the process of fitting the words onto the clockface. The end result is fabulous and clearly was appropriate. The project was turned around in 3 days.
